Here's how to make a car reservation worldwide with IzziRent.com.

Pick-up & drop off

Enter your rental details.

• Pick-up country: select the country where you want to pick up your car
• Pick-up city: select the city where you want to pick up your car; to pick up the car on an airport please select the city nearest to the airport (e.g. to pick up your car at Frankfurt Airport please select Frankfurt, although the airport is actually located outside the city); you will be able to select exact location (airport, downtown, hotel, etc.) in the next booking step
• Pick-up date: select the day on which you want to pick up your car; please note that some selections will prove to be limiting since not all offices are opened every day
• Drop-off date: select the day on which you want to drop off your car; even if the office you will pick later on will be closed that day you will be able to drop the car off, because most of the offices offer out of hours drop-off box
• One-way rental checkbox: unmark the checkbox titled »drop-off city is the same as pick-up city if you would like a one-way rental – if you would like to drop your car off at a different location than the one where you picked it up
• Drop-off country: some car rental providers who have offices in several different countries enable dropping the car off at their office in another country; this is quite rare though, since they usually require to drop off the car in the same country.
• Drop-off city: majority of car rental providers enable you to drop your car off at a different location than the pick-up city; they would however usually charge an additional one-way fee.

Car selection

Choose a vehicle from the list.

• After selecting your locations and car rental duration you will be shown a list of possible cars. For each result following details will be displayed:
  • Car picture: Please note that the car picture is only a sample photo. The actual car might vary in equipment, color and of course make and model as well since car rental business operates on the basis of categories not on the basis of makes and models.
  • Car category: Car rental business operates on the basis of car categories. There are several categories of cars all classified into one of the ACRISS codes. The code has four letters, each of which represents an attribute of the vehicle. The first letter shows the class, the second one the type, the third one the transmission and the last one air-conditioning. One can only select a category when booking a car and will given any car which falls into the booked category when picking up the car. The exact makes and models are shown only as a sample and car rental providers usually display the make and the model which are representative of the category. You will therefore most likely get the make and the model you saw, but it might as well be another one, but of a similar size and features.
  • Car features: Listed are the main features of the selected car category – number of persons that the car is registered to carry, number of doors, type of transmission and presence of an air condition.
  • Supplier: IzziRent.com is a car rental broker and that means that IzziRent.com doesn't have any cars itself. Your car will be provided by the supplier listed at each result.
  • Daily price: For the purpose of price comparison you are shown a daily price of each of the cars.
  • Price: The price is the total price of the car for your selected rental period. It will be charged in the local currency of the provider, so the actual amount in your home currency might be different, depending on the exchange rates on the day of payment.
  • Availability: You are able to book only the cars which are available. The ones not available (due to closed office, age limitations, etc.) are marked as »No availability«.
• The car rental search engine enables you to FILTER the results, so you don't need to sift through the offers that don't appeal to you. E.g. you can select only larger cars (Full-size, Premium and Luxury categories), with 4/5 Doors, Automatic transmission and Air Condition).

Location details and extras

Enter exact pick-up and drop off details and choose any extras.

• When selecting a car to book the details of your selection will be shown to you (pick-up and drop-off cities and hours, base price, administration fee and total price. These details might change based on your selection of exact pick-up and drop-off locations and time.
• Locations:
  • Pick-up location: please select one of the available locations in your selected cities; when selecting the location, it's working hours will be displayed as well
  • Pick-up time: when selecting the pick-up time please note the office working hours; it might not be possible to pick-up the car outside working hours or the provider might charge you an extra »out of working hours pick up cost«.
  • Drop-off location: please select one of the available locations in your selected cities; when selecting the location, it's working hours will be displayed as well
  • Drop-off time: when selecting the drop-off time please note the office working hours; it might not be possible to drop-off the car outside working hours or the provider might charge you an extra »out of working hours drop-off cost; however some providers enable out of working hours drop-off at no additional charge, where you simply leave the car on a designated parking space and drop the keys into the drop-off box, whereby you are responsible for any damages to the car until the provider picks it up
• Extras:
  • You are offered several payable extras with your car rental booking such as:
    • Cancellation protection
    • Baby seat (from 0-9 months)
    • Child seat (from 9 months - 3 years)
    • Booster seat (from 3 years – 6 years)
    • GPS
    • TV/DVD
  • Please select the extras you require. The total price displayed on the top of the page will be amended accordingly.
• Rental terms and conditions
  • Before confirming your booking please carefully read the terms and conditions. They include important info such as what is included in the price, explanation of insurance policies, extras price policy and driving restrictions. These terms and conditions are written by each provider individually and IzziRent.com does not have any influence over them.

Personal details

Enter your personal information.

• Price details: On the top of the screen you are shown your rental details (car, category, exact pick-up and drop-off addresses and time. Within payment details you are transparently shown the price info (base price, cancelation protection (if any), administration fee and total price. The total price is the price of the rental which also serves as the basis for the calculation of your down payment. The latter one is the amount payable immediately to IzziRent.com which serves as a booking confirmation from your side. The balance of the total price and all the extras are payable on pick-up to the actual car rental provider.
• Billing information: The invoice for car rental services will be issued to the person (legal entity) specified in the Billing information section. Please enter all details required. We keep all your personal information private and do not submit it to any third persons other than the payment processing centre (bank) and the car rental provider. You are invited to read more on privacy issues.
• Driver information: If the driver information is different from billing information please uncheck the »Driver is the same as the billing information« checkbox and enter all required data. Please don't forget on your contact details so that we can get in touch with you should the need arise.
• Terms and conditions and refund policy: Please read and confirm the terms and conditions of IzziRent.com. Please note that the terms and conditions on the booking step 2 are different from the terms and conditions here. The former ones are the terms from the actual car rental provider that regulate everything regarding the actual pick-up, use and drop-off of the car. The latter ones are IzziRent.com's terms and conditions which regulate the online booking process.

Credit card info is to be entered on a separate website, outside of IzziRent.com. It is the payment processing centre's website, secured by the state-of-the-art technology preventing any malware activity, identity theft and personal information misuse. Confirmation

You receive a reply by email with a confirmation of your reservation.

• Booking process completed: Upon successful completion of your payment you will be displayed a confirmation with your reservation number and complete overview of your rental details.
• E-mail confirmation of booking process completion: additionally an email with all your rental booking info will be sent to you immediately after successful authorization of your down payment.
• Booking confirmation / voucher: After IzziRent.com receives a confirmation of your booking from the selected car rental provider the down payment will be processed and you will be issued a voucher which will be sent to you by email. It must be printed and used at the rental desk when you pick-up your vehicle.

And finally... Collect the vehicle from the rental location and enjoy your journey!
