In case of last minute car rental deals, please follow the following instructions:
- If you make an order with start date and time less than 24 hours ahead, you will be notified about your order status via e-mail and SMS.
- If you have not received either an e-mail or SMS, you have to call us to get information about your order and pick up instructions.
When the last-minute order is confirmed, no refund of down payment will be made if you don’t finally rent the car.
